How long does flat pack assembly take?
Timing varies significantly by item. A simple bookcase or bedside table is 30–45 minutes. A large IKEA PAX wardrobe with sliding doors is typically 2–3 hours. A full outdoor setting with a large table and multiple chairs might be 1.5–2 hours. HomeWorx gives you a time estimate when you call so you can plan your day. For multiple items, it's always worth doing them in a single visit to maximise the efficiency of the call-out.
Do you need to be home during assembly?

What if a part is missing from the flat pack?

For structural components like a missing shelf board or panel, we'd advise you on the best way to get a replacement part from the manufacturer. IKEA in particular has a good parts replacement service. HomeWorx doesn't charge extra for the time spent on a missing part that's resolved on site.
